Hello Uri
there are several ways not to allow a game to be decided by the book
When I use a book foran engine match it's just for fun : in that case I use
a gambits book ( I have 3) or a book made with corr.database : it is
much more intresting that the books of the engines
Now when I want to work seriously , I choose variation ( very wild!!!),
and I make it played by different engines
this has lead me to "discover" lines that are both crazy and sound
if you want some of them , you can visit my website:
criticalchess@yahoogroups.com
you will know Bronstein gambit , florentine gambit , and the latest,
Attila gambit that succeeds with making hiarcs9 to launch a mating attack
Friendly Yours
