Hi Klaus, using Ktulu 4 now under arena. yep. noticed same prob. but when i used ktulu 4 with a pre set pgn game (i use arena and engines to analyze opening positions. for example. KID Main line 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 g6 3. Nc3 Bg7 4. e4 d6 5. Nf3 O-O 6. Be2 e5 7. O-O Nc6 8. d5 Ne7 9. Ne1 Ne8 10. Be3 f5 11. f3 f4 12. Bf2 g5 13. c5 Ng6 14. b4 *) as you can see, i start after 10 moves or more,and i didnt get this problem. my settings are FUTILITY=TRUE QEDGE 30 HASH 22 PAWNHASH 1 EVALHASH 1 MOVEIMMEDIATE=TRUE CHAT=FALSE QUANTIZATION=FALSE QUICKPV=TRUE HASH_CLEAR END. using my old laptop 450MZ with 98MB memory. 10/6 secs/game versus various engines like patzer/el chinito/etc. regards maria On October 23, 2003 at 12:05:16, Klaus Wlotzka wrote: >I am the author of the CSS-Rangliste.
