while I cannot recommend a web address for this purpose, ther is an excellent e-book transcription of euwe and kramer's two volume text on the subject floating around the web for free! in cbh format. If you are willing to spend real cash, the strategy2.0 cd from chess assistant is excellent also-- and has the same look and feel as ct-art3.0 so there should be no learning curve to use it although the material is less intuitive hence more difficult.
