The Leiden Ruffian version is 10.10.03 and he posted this about 10 days later. So unless he has a ballpark full of machines, it is not possible that he has played a significant number of tournament games. Probably he has tested Ruffian at blitz or active chess time controls. In chess if you talk about ELO, you usually talk about tournament time control. If not you have to state that explicitly. Michael
