Just a couple of quick comments. >>1.It is impossible to install to any drive other than the C: drive > >I've had no problem installing to any drive from the Rebel installs. They have >all been about the same. You have to "disagree" with the data, then select your >drive. I have installed on two machines to the D drive without a problem. That's correct. >> 2.There is no icon except a plain DOS disk icon supplied for a desktop shortcut. >There was a pretty one for rebel 9 - Maybe Ed can add one like it again :-) - Click RIGHT on the icon. - Chose "properties". - Chose "Program". - Chose "Change icon" and pick an icon you like from the standard build-in Windows icons. It's a standard Win95/98 procedure that works for every program (shortcut). >>5.When switching sides by forcing Rebel 10 to make your move, the names don't switch in the name boxes. >I don't know if that is a bug or a feature. It does let you know what side you >started on :-) Although other programs such as Fritz do change the color and >name. I don't see KK's point. I think it's a matter of taste. If you want to swap "player's names" just click on the "player's names". The same applies for swapping the "clocks". Just click on the "clocks". >> 11.The user still can't resign nor offer a draw. >True, but you can save the file to a database and enter the result as 0-1 for a >loss..... True. But I agree to KK's criticism. - Ed - >Again, thanks for your detailed list of features, which I always like to review. > >Steve
