I can add also Dann Corbit who posted all the games in that lines. I was too lazy to search for games with b4(something that I could probably do by searching games in the relevant opening in Dann's site and using Fritz to search for games when b4 was played) but after Dann posted the games I decided to look at them and found line with no losses for black that was played in correspondence games so it was the first line that I suggested to check.
