C is much weaker than A and B. Now A wins by 11-9 vs. B and wins by 12-8 vs. C. Then B wins 15-5 over C. The table looks this way: 1. B 24pts 2. A 23pts 3. C 13pts A wins both matches but has 1 point less than B. What is the conclusion then? ;-)
