Agreed!  Lang is a personal hero of mine too, to borrow the expression.  Even
now, with all the chess software lying around I still best playing against my
Nokia Chess Genius 1.1, which is no pansy at all! (Dann Corbit and I debated
this expression back in 1997...)  Probably more than 2250 ELO or even higher!
On a mere Arm running at 100 Mhz...

Eduard Nemeth wrote a very interesting article on Lang, his programs and the
latest batch of Pocket PC Genius versions, including the Nokia 7650/3650
versions of Chess Genius.

But the old flame was Cyrus for the Sinclair Spectrum :).  No other program that
came later, apart from the dedicated Super Connie by Kittinger, attracted me so
much to computer chess.
