On Microsoft's site, the only information I could find about PGO (they call it
PoGO, how nice of them), were the link-time flags /LTCG:PGOPTIMIZE and
/LTCG:PGINSTRUMENT. I believe that /GL (whole program optimization) needs to be
used at compile time along with /c. According to the documentation, the PoGO
functionality is only available for the 64-bit compiler. I'm not sure if this
will change or not. I only found references to the flags in error code
documentation, so I don't know much about it...
