This is a *Grandmaster* tournament :-))

Yes, for example that players like *Speelman, McShane, Chiburdanidze,
Romanishin, Naiditsch* & Co who played there in recent years, are somewhat
unlikely to attend tournaments with "crappy" counting systems.
