Wilhelm 1.46 has been released 30 Sept.
The zip file of Crafty 19.04 has 5. Oct as date.
Wilhelm came out some days earlier.

The necessary modifications to the access code weren't too difficult after the
new EGTB had been available for some days.

AFAIK, so far three engines support the new EGTB:
- Wilhelm 1.46
- Crafty 19.04
- Hiarcs 9
