 No, the score Hiarcs shows, is for having "best" play by both sides.
That means that if Hiarcs shows a positive score on 16 ply, it believes
that with "perfect" play from both sides after 8 moves, white is winning.
 You can use the 4-piece tablebases of course, included in Hiarcs9-CD,
to have perfect play.
