I didn't respond because I didn't understand his comment.  IE the +190 to
convert to USCF ratings.  I have *no* clue what that means.  It has nothing
to do with FIDE to USCF because there is no +190 conversion of any kind to
move between those rating systems...  SSDF to USCF?  How could anyone know
that?  So I simply ignored that which I didn't (and couldn't) understand.

Could Mchess 8.1 earn 3 GM norms?  My personal opinion is "no".  For several
reasons.  1.  it isn't clear that FIDE would even allow this at present.
2. I haven't seen it play and wouldn't comment without having done so.

Could I be wrong?  certainly.  Do I think so?  No.  But it turns out to most
likely be a rhetorical question anyway since we won't get a difinitive answer.
