However, in thinking about it, if someone has a BF of 3 and another has a BF of 4, the BF of 4 might have better move ordering, but worse selective search. Or the BF of 4 might have better ordering and more aggressive search extensions. The 90%+ number is good no matter what. But BF really is relative to the search. So on second thought, I think I agree with you more than with my original thought. :)
