It is still extremely unfair for the other programs.

Instead of giving CM9000 not one but TWO important unfair advantage, what about
not giving any advantage at all???

It is my understanding that neither Johan nor the ChessMaster manufacturer
(don't even know who it is now, it has changed so many times) have helped the
SSDF to get a decent setup for CM9000.

So why in hell give CM9000 such favors???
