This is roughly equivalent to a 2.4 Ghz PIV. It would be useful for you to to do an equivalent test on the 1.6 Centrino to see how it scales. I would expect it to be in the ballpark of a 3.0 Ghz PIV. You can get Ruffian with the Arena GUI at: http://www.playwitharena.com/ I'll repeat my bench of my 1.3 Ghz Centrino with any fen string you provide so we can get a more precise assessment.
