I appreciate the decisison of the SSDF. SSDF is a non-official association and
they may test whatever they want. I don't think, that anybody can forbid the
SSDF certain ways of testing, so the legal side is clear.

Of course there is the moral question. But SSDF was so many times accused of not
testing the TOP-Engines which are not from Chessbase and were so many times
accused to test in favor of Chessbase, that I think it is a good decision to
test the strongest Setting of The King with a decent book.
