They're both good books and way better than what the average person can
do. I don't see any difference between the two.

Either you use your own book or you don't use a book at all. Using
somebody elses good book is no way to go and you just confirmed this
yourself by calling my request unfair.

That combination doesn't work.

Testing under ChessBase doesn't work either because of significant UCI
bugs. (I'm going to laugh hard if the bug triggers and Johan figures out
afterwards he'd ran without hash in half the matches).
