I have seen what i consider many, you may have seen the same number and thought
that it wasn't many.

I think this reitterates the above statement to a degree.  I simply said i
wasn't implying for or against the proposition that deep blue is close in
strength to Kasparov.

 IE I don't think you can be grossly inferior to someone and
>win a match of 6 games...

No one here at least not me mentioned anything about "grossly".  The likelyhood
of someone winning a match of 6 games who is grossly inferior to his opponent is
 indeed not probable.  However at the rarified heights of Super GM ELO, i don't
find it necessarily grossly improbable for a player rated 2700 to beat a player
2815 in a 6 game match, yet that is a 100 rating points.
