On this point, I agree that it does not exactly produce accurate results for
ChessMaster. It is probably the lesser of many evils though. You can't use CM's
book. If you use no book, people complain. If you use the Kure book, people
complain that CM is using a better book than it normally uses. If you use some
other book, people might complain that the CM book is better. If you don't test
it at all, people complain. Choose your poison.

Why does SSDF (or anyone else) need the permission of Alexander Kure to use
their own property in any way they see fit? Maybe there is some legal point I am
missing.
