Yes, the tournament directors do. Even the players don't know all the others. We know the operator's names but not under which planet name nor with which program the others play. This is held secretly with intention to not give Arno any advantage. On the other hand he did not want to know as he tries to simulate normal correspondence games where you also don't know whether your opponent uses a computer program and if so which one.
