Maybe it's you who is not current with it's rules and regulations? How else can
they do this shocking thing! People here getting all stirred up about a question
that can only be answered by SSDF. Seems to me those who really want an answer
will write to SSDF. Posting things like this here are just to stir people up.
What happens if SSDF has a rule that says 'We may act arbitrarily'. Then would
you an GCP be satisfied? BK
