Guess things sometimes take time to work through the system.
And a consensus between you and Petterson would indicate that you agreed those
settings should be used over the default.

But why did it switch to the CB interface when previously they ran using Ebbi's
autoplayer and the default book. In the conversation/s you had with Petterson
wasn't this the way you expected it to be tested or were those conversation/s
also about the interface?
