mr finkler is innaccurate and unkind in his description of holger 'magic' lieske. magic has been a sysop at cb for considerably more than a week (or a month, or a season.) at least as far as i know. I do not think his answer to djordje was meant as an accusation instead an explanation of cb policy, which djordje took apart point by point as though he were on trial and Lieske was not equipped to judge you but to serve you. regarding djordje's problem-- i am assuming here-- but i think that whoever demoted you was trying to protect your personal reputation in the computer chess community, because the sysop could not be certain that you were who you said that you are and you might have been maliciously 'spoofed.'by a fake. I am sure that you will be re-instated. If it takes a few days and does not happen instantly, let's assume their business does not include a detective agency and perhaps creating a sense of false urgency about the situation might raise their suspicions of your intentions, fairly or not.
