Thank you Marc,

I feel so frustrated and hurt that it is simply a matter of necessity for me
_never_ to go back there, whatever they do, short of public apology.  If they
apologise publicly for the terrible time I had last night, without me being
guilty in any way, then I might reconsider my decision.
