Go to your \CBData\Internet directory on your HD and clean out the lot. Delete every file in it, or back it up to somewhere else and clean out the original folder after that. Now try again. Secondly, try deleting the c8.iupfile from the Chessbase8 directory (or move it someplace), and upgrade again. J.
