I did not refer to the rgcc matter, I said above "this matter" meaning the matter at hand, i.e. the issue regarding the playchess.com affair. Had I said "that matter" it would have touched upon the rgcc times. Therefore, no offence was meant. About the bombing, that matter is also closed.
