On a more serious note, I seem to recall you claiming you would not respond to
his post in the future due to his behaviour. I do this as well with some of the
trolls in this group. I also don't bother reading their posts so I won't be
tempted to reply :)

If this is the reason IMHO it's a bit over the top. Both Hyatt and Diepeveen
would have been banned ages ago if this is the reason :P Anyway, I'm not that
bothered with the validity of the ban, more with the behaviour of the
moderators.
