Apparently Uri got his reply within a couple of hours of complaining. But this mail is dated Fri, 31 Oct 2003 06:02:02 +0100 (MET), it's Nov 3rd now. I guess in between you had no chance to contact your fellow moderators with 'hey guys, vincent is apparently unaware he was banned, did we send him a message+explanation?' > You do know it is a bad thing disseminating private e-mails do you? Yes, I am quite aware that it is rude. I hope you are aware that banning someone without notifying him or witholding the reason for banning is also quite rude. As I pointed out in my initial post, I have past negative experiences with such moderations and I hope they don't pop up here. I'm not judging you on banning Vincent, just the way in which you performed it (you as in moderators). Had the same event occured to someone else my reaction would be likewise.
