I don't see that this a place where you are allowed to insult and belittle
others with impunity, for which bloviations the CTF is more loosely suited.  The
person in question does this all the time and in fact does very little else
unless it is to exalt himself at the expense of others.

One can only laugh at people are surprised and somehow mystified at his being
banned.
