He can take whatever deciscion he thinks is right, but he has to do it visible for the ones that elected him. Things done secretly usually lead to big scandal and the removeal of this represenative, I think the moderators have any right to act what the find suits the forum the best, but they have to inform. (As we have no press, the best way would be through a forum post). Representatives that don't inform about their doing can not be judged if he did well or not. i.E. what happend to theis Spaminathan guy? Was he banned? Maybe the moderators already banned 50 people? We simply don't know, because we will not be imformed. Maybe this will be my last post? Who knows? :-) regards Andy
