Xboard/Winboard support this as allready mention. On winboard (Windows) you need
a rsh-server on the second PC. This is just a program you can download from Tim
Mann's site and run as any other program so it isn't hard to do it.

Else Chesspartner have a built in ICS server, maybe Chessmaster too but I
haven't tried if the later can run eng-matches.

The Auto232 connection in Fritz with freends could be used too through network,
also with matches against engines in the CP gui. You need to do things in the
right order to get it to work, maybe Chessfun have a recipe on her site.

For a separate ICS-server you could check out Dann Corbit's ftp-site, I think he
mention some month ago that he had compiled an earlier version of fics for
Windows.
