I wouldn't at all characterize it as keeping decisions secret. As I said, the
suspended individual was clearly informed with all of the relevant information.
They were of course able to communicate that information to other parties if
they wished -- it's not like they were locked in jail! In turn, those other
parties were free to post on CCC if they wished (and this did happen) -- so
there was a free press also. :-)
(On a side note, Vincent is probably better off being suspended, he'll spend
more time working on his software for the WCCC!)
