When Shredder fails high, and before the fail high is respoved, it shows a
complete PV and not just the first move of the fail high series.  This means
that Shredder must be storing the best move of the opponents fail low nodes.
I'm assuming that Shredder is stroing them in the hash.  Rebel, up until 2000,
also stored the best fail soft move in the hash.
