If you want to nit pick, then *technically* it would have been preferable for him to just say, "Yes, it will be included in the Arena Commercial CD", but it was far from over the top. It is very clear that he did not intend to brag or rub anyone the wrong way, and he is apologetic for any misunderstanding.
