For the correct position my program also find mate only in 13 but by selective. Your look like to be going in some brute force mood, since it found three solution for 13. I doubt very much that mine is able to see the same. On mine it was already almost 14 minutes that it took verification of 9 moves by brute force. Only at the night I expected to put 10 and 11 moves for verification. 12 moves is absolutely out of reach for mine. I will try Your position. My program do not care about 10 queens.
