Since not all chess programs support the new format for multipart tablebases, I suggest that you DON'T pick a multipart tablebase. ie don't pick any tablebases with a digit in the filename. 2. Apart from that, pick an endgame that interests you, either because you've recently played it in your chess club, or because of intellectual curiosity. I personally have only downloaded one 6-piece tablebase, namely KRN-KNN, because it contains the longest distance to mate in any of the tablebases generated so far (Mate in 262).
