My point was that you simply accept such a request from a giant like Kasparov. It's decision of the will. If you want it it will happen. If not you will find a way out that sounds good. Months before the Anand-Rebel match it was agreed to play 4 blitz games on 5:00. On the night before the match it was discussed and changed to 5:00 + 0:05 Fischer bonus. I didn't like it.
