And one may belive he will easily succeed. Shredder still ought to be no big problem for Kasparov to beat, much more than any other program. But atleast Shredder (if it stays top) will satisfy people that Kasparov would have lost to another program too (if he loses anything). Otherwise, why not put Shredder 6 or 7 against Kasparov in another 2 years from now? S.Taylor
