This line doesn't work because, according to the original post, White has a pawn
on d3 instead of d4.

What is the actual line?

Additionally, this must be a rather obscure position, because I can find no game
with it in the Chessmaster database (over half-million games).

Finally, here is what CM9000 says after a brief search on a humble P3-1.0GHz
