It was also a problem in another game that movei lost in the israeli forum. The opponent dani salomon is the best player in that tournament and his israeli rating is 2187 He beated movei easily in that game. Note that he had 2 days per move and I let movei to use only 44 seconds per move on A1000(It could play better with more time but I decided that it is not fair for the rest of the players to do it and movei in these conditions has 2.5/4 and 1 game that is still not finished byt movei is leading by 2 pawns). I think that the main problem is not the book but the way that movei played out of book and I will need to change my evaluation but maybe some book moves after Be2 can solve the problem in that line. Here is the loss of movei in that game. [Event "?"] [Site "?"] [Date "?"] [Round "-"] [White "?"] [Black "?"] [Result "*"] 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. Nxe5 Qe7 4. d4 d6 5. Nf3 Nxe4 6. Be2 d5 7. O-O Nc6 8.
