Hi Thomas,

Quark belongs to the group of the strongest amateur engines these days, a
different class. As it is also a deep searcher it might just outsearch Chess
System Tal like mad.

I'll assume that this setup worked fine ..

I don't think that CSTal earns _that_ much from slower time controls. Btw, when
it was released a PII300 was still state-of-the-art hardware, kind of.

In 1999 CSTal did reasonably well on then current hardware against the then
current Crafty setup on ICC btw, in slower blitz games.

The 1999 Quark was a different beast too.
