Sometimes it's useful to use Fritz's infinite analysis with multiple lines, just to see how far down the list the "correct" move is. Even at search depth 11 (selectivity still set to 0), Qxf3 is 22nd out of 26 moves. Fritz spends a lot of time pondering moves 1 to 21, but skips over moves 22 to 26 in less than a second.
