You are confusing the real world with a privately owned forum. There is no free
speech here. If the owners of the server on which this website resides decide to
ban anyone whose opinion they disagree with, they are free to do so. If the
people they put in charge (the elected moderators) think your opinion doesn't
belong here, they are well within their rights to ban you. Posting here is a
priveledge, not a right.

Think about it. If you bought your own server and ran a website with a forum,
you are free to do whatever you like with that server (within the law). If you
want to let people join a forum and ban them just for fun, you're well within
your right to do so.
