Unfortunately, when it comes to cheaters, the responsibles who have to make the decision don't _want_ to make the exact reason public because (a) It opens room for discussion (b) It makes it potentially harder to catch cheaters in the future (c) There's always the chance to be proven wrong and being the idiot afterwards :) I can understand this POV, but at the same time think that as long as these cases are not really public, there will always be big question marks when it comes to online tournaments, which relativizes their meaning.
