For one thing, it presents a positive outlook on the world. After seeing Emil Sutovsky's commentary to the game at ICC, I then watched it all over again on ESPN2. One thing seemed very clear: This event is very good for chess. Kasparov and the computer people should get five stars for their accomplishment. The X3D with voice recognition has probably got the attention of everyone who is in the business of making computer games and software in general. Even the world of professionals [non-gamers] will want to have such features on their computers. Incidentally, those in the business of developing and selling voice recognition software are probably jumping with joy at all this free advertisement. Sales of voice recognition software should skyrocket. EVERYTHING is positive about this match. We may all bask in Kasparov's sunshine! : ) Bob D. > > >On November 11, 2003 at 17:01:35, Timothy J.
