Is my interpretation >correct? What's on the update page is related to ChessPartner only, remember this is the home interface of Rebel, my first priority and it fixes some ChessPartner related bugs. However if the new Rebel12.exe doesn't run under other interfaces while the old Rebel12_CB does then just keep the old one as these bugs are non-issues running Rebel 12 under (all the) other Interfaces. But to enjoy its increased strength you need the (new) Rebel.eng as listed below. Hope this clarifies this issue.
