I interpreted Ed's remarks that the stength is related to the Rebel.eng file.
Addtional speedup (3-4%) in the CP GUI is possible with turning off the engine
window updates.  This speedup is N/A to other GUI since this information is not
reported to GUI.  There might be some other changes in the *.exe - but they may
be non events for other than CP GUI users.  For example book learning might be
improved in CP GUI - that is N/A for Fritz GUI.  In other words, the updated is
mostly related to improving Rebel under CP GUI and with the new rebel,eng
parameters below - available for any GUI.

Ed is that correct?
