I have heard that de Firman is doing very poorly lately. He did more to lose
thsi game than white did to win it. He played several weak moves (14, 15) and
white gradually gets up almost 2 pawns according to the computer. White's moves
22 and 23 lose the advantage and it is back to an even game. Black blunders
right back on the next move (his 23rd) and it's over. It's not so hard to
believe. GMs blunder every now and then.
