I must say that it wasn't easy. I finally found a coulpe of settings better in tactics than Fritz 8 WM edition engine. He makes better results in Blitz games, but also making a much much better result when running the Marathon Tactic TestSet of GM Nunn. In fact My Haddad9.3 setting finds 181 over 210 problems, while the default settings find only 157. This test was run on a PIV 2400MHz with Hash of 64MO for each engine and only 20 seconds for each position as thinking time.
